In accordance with Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations, 2001 (as Amended), Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council hereby gives notice of a proposal to:-

Set back the existing boundary wall (by 2m) on the south side of Convent Road, Blackrock from its junction with Carysfort Avenue to the entrance of Carysfort National School to facilitate an increase in footway width.

Plans and particulars of the proposals are available for inspection from 2nd December 2015 up to and including 27th January 2016, at the Planning and Enterprise Departments, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire between the hours of 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and at the Blackrock Library, Main Street Blackrock betweenthe hours of 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and 1.15pm to 8.00pm Tuesday and Thursday excluding Bank Holidays.
